Adding LED Signals To Kato Turnouts

This question is not specific to T-Trak although I thought T-Trak was mentioned in the web article I seem to recall but can no longer find. My n scale layout is DCC, Kato n scale, all #6 turnouts currently analog (blue switch) controlled. DCC power is ECoS 50210. I know I have the ability to add stationary decoders to operate the turnouts, and in some cases even wire leds to report direction (Cobalt ADS-?sx for example) but this is an expensive proposition. I am not a programmer so learning and investing in Arduino programming and hardware is also not practical. What I do recall is the employment of DPDT momentary toggles (easy), but since they return to center lights are mandatory as one never knows turnout direction. Someone further suggested wiring a latching relay into the circuit, and here is where my brain again starts to turn to jelly. A search for the part number listed in his diagram, which in itself looked like my kitchen on spaghetti Sunday, found no hits on a Google search. So my question is... Is this circuit something the members of NRail and T-Trak specifically have implemented? If so, can you share? Or are there alternatives I haven't mentioned? Thanks and glad to be here. Ron
